Account type and role (student, teacher, admin, creative entrepreneur, partner or EConnect staff).

Talent portfolios, creative work submissions, training progress and event participation.

1.3 Business and Financial Data

Revenue, expenses, transaction records and other financial or business information for creative entrepreneurs and talented students engaged in commercial activities.
Logs of activities and transactions for program traceability and business management purposes.

1.4 Media Content

Photos, videos, recordings and other media captured during CTM programs, school activities or creative entrepreneurship initiatives.

IP address, device type, browser information, usage patterns and interaction with the Platform.

Provide and Manage Services – Operate the Platform for academic management, talent development and creative entrepreneurship support.
Talent Promotion and Reporting – Showcase student achievements, creative projects and program impact through media for educational and promotional purposes.
Financial and Business Analytics – Analyze financial and business data to support users' growth, track progress and improve programs.
Program Traceability – Monitor long-term outcomes for students and creative entrepreneurs, including post-school supervision.
Communication – Share updates, notifications and important announcements regarding programs, training or Platform functionality.
Security and Compliance – Prevent unauthorized access, fraud and misuse of the Platform.

3. Media Consent

Users acknowledge and consent that photos, videos and creative work submitted through CTM programs, school activities or entrepreneurship initiatives may be used by EConnect for promotional, reporting or developmental purposes.
Media use will always comply with ethical standards and is never used unlawfully or exploitatively.
Any separate agreements with investors or sponsors may govern new media created under those arrangements.

4. Sharing and Disclosure of Information

EConnect does not sell or rent personal data. Information may be shared with:

Schools, teachers and administrators for academic and program management.
Partners, investors or sponsors for program support and development purposes.
Service providers such as cloud hosting platforms and IT service providers to maintain and operate the Platform.
Authorities if required by law or to protect EConnect's rights, users or the Platform.

All shared data is securely handled and limited to the purpose for which it was shared.

5. Data Security

EConnect uses industry-standard security measures including encryption, secure access controls, and network monitoring to protect your data.
Data is hosted on global cloud platforms with high standards of data protection.
Users are responsible for keeping login credentials confidential and for any activity under their accounts.

Academic, talent, business and media data are retained as long as necessary to manage services, monitor program impact and comply with legal obligations.
Traceability allows EConnect to supervise and track long-term outcomes for students and creative entrepreneurs even after school or program completion.

Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.

Withdraw consent for media use, subject to obligations and prior agreements with investors or sponsors.
